What are your views on the general principles of the Bill and
the need for legislation to deliver the Welsh Government’s
stated policy objective (to make the Senedd a more effective
legislature by ensuring it is broadly representative of the gender
make-up of the population)?
I think this proposal is bordering on
communism, how on earth can you not vote for a person you think
will represent the interests of your community. You only have to
look at the recent Russian elections.
What are your views on the system of enforcement and potential
sanctions for non-compliance proposed in the Bill?
The whole thing is a waste of tax payers
money, stop messing about and focus on saving the Welsh NHS
Are there any potential barriers to the implementation of the
Bill’s provisions? If so, what are they, and are they
adequately taken into account in the Bill and the accompanying
Explanatory Memorandum and Regulatory Impact Assessment?
Not listening to the public, wasting money
when it should be used to prop up the NHS and education .

legislation? Are the powers for Welsh Ministers to make subordinate
legislation appropriate?
They already have far to many powers that they
don’t know what to do with

Convention on Human Rights?
In my view the current administration is
incompetent
